Our cleaners bring all the cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, dusters and cleaning clothes. If you would like us to use one of your products or supplies, call the office so we can instruct the cleaners on proper use.

Life happens! We respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning so that we can accommodate our cleaners schedules.
In case of illness: to prevent the spread of flu and virus, we ask that you call to reschedule your cleaning. With the same courtesy, we will not send a cleaner to your home that is ill.
Holidays: Due to the high volume during the holiday season, in early November we send out reminder/rescheduling letters for services performed from Thanksgiving through the New Year. This will enable our clients to adjust as needed with plenty of advance notice.
